Another exciting partnership between BMT and Divcon, Inc to provide fabrication services for the structural and architectural steel packages on this flagship 132,000 sf tilt-up structure located in Spokane Valley, WA. Using groundbreaking techniques utilizing embedded steel to achieve the cutting-edge appearance seen in the large 11' tall, 7' wide concrete spandrels at the corner storefronts. The design intent was to have the spandrels seem weightless, as they appear to be floating with no corner columns.

Built as an extension of the Davenport Grand Hotel and for shared use by patrons of the Spokane Convention Center. BMT worked with Divcon, inc to provide design, engineering and fabrication services for the two stair towers located at each corner of the garage and fabrication services for all of the embedded steel concrete connections.

BMT partnered with Divcon, Inc to provide fabrication services for the structural and architectural steel packages on main building, and design, engineering and fabrication services on the parking garage. The Matilda Building, located just off the Gonzaga University campus in Spokane, WA, is a tilt-up concrete structure with multiple levels of steel floor framing, stair towers, and architectural steel. This was a technical endeavor due to the stacked panel construction with three floors of integrated steel framing and penthouse with a roof top patio.
